not actually weighing in, just being accountable. had a NSV today... had to go to a work lunch at a restaurant that specializes in all things cheese... mac n cheese, grilled cheese, etc. I chose a salad with walnuts, apples, balsamic and a little bit of cheese. it didn't have a protein option, so I ate a protein serving when I got home! another day conquered.
