I an over on my carbs again today:( Andrea made me a rice containing dish again. I had Andrea Measure me and I am down a total of 5 inches from the begining of January and down 16lbs from the start of the 90 Day Challenge at LTF. This is the most consistant weight loss that I have had for any of the 90 day Challenges I have participated in! I tried out the CRT class at LTF it was extremely challenging and got my heart pumping good, I liked it, and will attend again. I have it reacurring on my calendar. I am sad that today is my last Pilates class. However I think I will break out my surpreme pilates DVD's and mini reformer, and do those workouts 1-2 times/week, in addition to my workouts at the gym.
87,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 6,8 kg.    Nog te gaan: 23,6 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
