Not really surprising that I am up three pounds. Chinese twice and half a cake, but today phase one begins.

Thanks, I will do just that. I think I am ready to start again and my husband is certainly ready. I have to go home tonight and throw out all the 'illegal' stuff or else I will cave :)

Hi fishnchips, Phase 1 is bound to do you a lot of good. Since you don't have really that much to lose I would try to keep a close eye on overall calories consumed. You should be able to reach your goal in short order. Thanks for your comments on my journal, they are much appreciated.
