I overate yesterday, but probably about to the amount to even out undereating the day before. Then I ran 4 miles instead of 5k (3.1 miles). It was kind of accident, because I went late and it got dark and I couldnāt see well and went around a big circle twice because of it. But I kept going. My cardiovascular health is definitely improving from running and I love it. Later today I will stop by the gym and workout lower body. Hope you all have a great day!
