yes but if you keep on you will lose... WhyGuy refers to calorie cycling to jolt your body into losing again... when I cheat I like will eat over 3000 calories in one day when I should consume 2000... make my body think it's not starving and like today I'm eating a lot of Macadamia nuts for the high fat and cravings are now gone!
