I'm a night muncher too. When I started this new journey only a week ago I thought it would be really hard, but so far I've only had one bad night when I had the munchies. I'm only counting calories and try to really spread them out by eating small meals or snacks through the day so they are available at night. I also bought some paper sacks so I can air pop popcorn in the microwave for 31 calories per cup in case I have another bad munchie night. I have 12 puppies right now and that's about all the exercise I can stand, I envy that you are doing more!
