Seem to be stuck! Still keeping to the same diet and portion sizes. Still exercising. In fact in the past two weeks I've started the Couch to 5k process and in addition I am running a straight mile twice a week so my exercise has changed from lots of walking to lots of walking and a wee bit of running.
Oh well I'll just carry on and see what happens I suppose.
Onwards and Upwards (or hopefully downwards)!
