Finally going back down....now hopefully I can start to see the results I have been expecting from eating well under 2000 calories and doing the treadmill for 20 to 40 minutes. We will see.
169,0 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 4,7 kg.    Nog te gaan: 87,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
