was so afraid to weight myself because of spring break I eat things that were not on my food plain yet I did it smarter then before ,, like only bottom bread for a fish sandwich exc and then when I wasn't out eating I load up on nice fresh salads I'M so Learning 244 to start 223.4 now I stared in November 1 2013 yea 20.06 lbs in six months .I'm Happy Thanks Lord for teaching me and giving me the will to improve Love ya Lord ..
