nothing lost, nothing gained, not so satisfied, but I have to start writing my body measures, may be I'm losing cm and gaining muscles :)
70 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 1 kg.    Nog te gaan: 5 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

You'll get there =) and gaining muscle would be a total step in the right direction even if the scale is the same =)

I hope so, sometime it seems like nothing is going on, and still I have to worry about food and amount of calories.. I read your journal about taking break this weekend, I like that, little time to break because, through this u learn all about what are u eating even tho u don't write it down...so u know how much is "allowed"
