Primalkid's Logboek, 29 mrt 14

Still holding steady at 164 lbs, but lifts continue to go up! I'm leaving for Las Vegas tomorrow morning and will probably be doing a lot of walking and staying active. Also going to be doing a basic deload routine Sean put together for me based around swimming pools and dumbbells. Going to be starting phase 3 of "Strong as Piss" upon my return and I am READY! Also, probably only going to be eating twice in Vegas since food is expensive. But most the time should be buffets or fat-ass servings so I will plan to backload carbohydrates at the buffets for dinner and work with protein and fats for breakfast. Although, given my carnivorous nature, I will probably end up saying screw the potatoes and rice and instead eat a shit ton of steak and meat. Protein intake will be phenomenal this week lol.
