.2 lost cool I guess. I just finished preparing my dinner, my world famous chicken tacos, at least what I was told recently! I want to take a bike ride and know I will be totally hungry when I get home. Since my goal was to be in the 230's and it looks like I'm not going to make it(unless another earthquake hits and knocks off about 3 pounds of me), I MUST be there by HUMP DAY! And thanks for the recipes you've send on PM.

Lol! Thanks thighsbegone, good name. No earthquake but it was a nice ride. It's so beautiful out there I'll probably take another one at sunset. It's such a lovely day I wish there was a way to post some pictures of the wind surfers etc. so you can enjoy what I do. thanks for the support and you keep it up as well.
