I think I ate less than usual yesterday but I’m not sure. I need to get a scale. I spent too many months looking for my old one before I remembered I gave it to my ex-husband. So I either underestimated my bread calories or bread is a miracle food which makes me feel full on less calories due to the fiber but makes me gain water weight from the carbs. Maybe a combination of both lol. Have a good day!
