Wow, was up til 2 am gaming last night, had a splurge day and ate way too much and to top it off Carb overload while gaming, ate a whole bag of Lay's Funyun Flavored Wavy Potato chips. went to bed at 3am and slept til noon, Damn I won't do that again. I usually only sleep 4 ro 5 hours. Fortunately I am Self-employed but my boss was a little upset with me, I told myself not to do it again....
