I've been really working on hitting my protein macro goals. I've hit over 140g of protein consistently for the last 4 days. I've not recorded much lately on here because I got rid of the app. It was just too messy. I went back to MFP to keep track of my calories/macros. I love the support on here though! I'll try to log in as much as possible and keep sharing workouts and weigh ins.

Thanks for the encouragement LM! Yes, if I was trying to get shredded, I'd bump up the protein a little higher. I might get there eventually. I wanted to lean out just a little. I'll try downloading the app again. I forgot how much I didn't care for MFP until I went back to it LOL. I wouldn't say I'm cool, maybe awesome, but not cool. Ha!!
