Yikes! I didn't realize it's been 17 days since my last weigh in. It shows. I just got a really nice new scale today so that's why I'm weighing in at 1:30pm. I've had a lot of fluid today so hopefully tomorrow morning will be a little better. I've got to change. I need to break this pattern. I know that. Now how to do this... just like before my kidney and pancreas transplants it's a constant fight in my head about eating what I shouldn't eat. Usually the cravings win unfortunately! Even when it affects my health negatively. Food addiction. How do you beat it?
