Frustrated...another week and no loss. No gain, either. But this plateau has lasted well beyond my patience. Time for a shift in mindset.
I can visually see a difference since starting with a personal trainer. I feel more energy. I have a better attitude now that I'm in the routine of working out. Those facts don't show on the scale...but they have way more value.
