madanjen's Logboek, 02 apr 14

I guess it was total dehydration that caused me to lose 1.6 pounds yesterday. :(

But all is not bad, though I gained some of it after getting hydrated I guess, I am down .4 from the day before the big loss. 242.4 today and bac on track and on my way to the 230's.
110,0 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 12,1 kg.    Nog te gaan: 35,1 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

The last few in every decade of numbers are always the hardest, true story. It will come though, trust the process :-)
