Re-starting the Daily Accountability challenge next Monday Oct 11. Thanksgiving Day in Canada in Oct. 11th ! And I joined a seminar on Integrity - Being my word (to myself).
My intention is to be in integrity about the mini-steps in this challenge until I arrive at 'normalized' weight. I'm thinking at 5'2'' that is around 130 lbs.
