Playwright's Logboek, 31 mei 09

It seems really slow going lately. I've been really tired and with my ITBS issue I haven't been running (though I think I might be using it as an excuse). But 50 pounds down! <br>
I created a plan that will have me ready to do some triathons this season, so I better hop to it. (And I'm thinking I might buy a bike this year if I can scrape together some more money.)
I brought a Wii and Wii fit. It's been great...found muscles I didn't know existed and have also determined that I'm not as strong as I thought! The strength training is hard! I tend to stick with the aerobics and balance games because I can do them pretty well. I need to incorporate more strength and yoga, apparently my core is made of mush!
