Naik dong... udah berbulan2 gak jaga makan 😂 Awalnya gara2 mesti jaga stamina. Karena suami kena covid, aku gak boleh tertular (Alhamdulillah enggak). Eh tapi pola makannya jadi keterusan gak ditakar2 lagi 🙈 Gawat. Jangan sampai balik lagi ke awal di 85 kg wkwkwk. Semangat mulai lagi hidup sehat! 💪💪💪
