Surprised the weight went down after yesterday's bump up in cals, including a custard cream doughnut! Well, goes to show, sometimes it's good to just eat something you long for to get it out of your system. Today feeling energised and good, had a killer abs workout at the gym and back to work. it's Friday!!!! have a good weekend ppl!
58,7 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 3,1 kg.    Nog te gaan: 1,7 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
