I have now began to exercise and began walking 2 miles. I am a member at our local YMCA, but find it difficult to get in a ggod work out because they are always busy. Looking at another club to join. It takes me 30 minutes to walk the 2 miles, moderately walking. My right foot feels pretty good, brke it 8 weeks ago. Zumba once a week. With my changes in diet with the addition of exercise, the weight will come off quickly. Since beginning Belly Fat Cure and the changes I've made, I have lost 7 " from my waist and a total of 19" all over! I'm not exceeding 30 g. of fat, 15 g. sugar, no more than 120 g. carbs, increased protein, and approx. 700 - 900 calories daily. I feel great!
