Time to get serious. I'm obese, and I'm scared. obesity can lead to cancer, heart problems, etc. In the past few years, I've been experiencing chest pains every once in a while. I never gave importance to my health, but people change. I'm changing myself, and my lifestyle. Even if i can't have the dream slim body figure, I might as well lose some weight just to get myself out of the obese category.
