so I went up in weight :( But not gonna give up.
This morning I did Jillian Michaels's cardio kickbox. I did stick to my plan yesterday until after dinner. I had jiffy pop popcorn and a bunch of pita chips with a sweet sauce. I am kinda irritated at my weight gain (wondering if not having a bowel movement makes the scale read more) but I am not giving up. It's just these last 20 pounds are so difficult!!
