Still stuck at 13 stone. But it's still better than almost 17! Ate a few more chocolatey treats since my last weigh in so perhaps if I hadn't I would have progressed downward! Still keeping up the exercise and everything else is ok health wise so I should be grateful :-).
Averaging 15k steps a day which I suspect will drop cos of the c****y weather at the moment :-(.
