goooooood morning...wanted to journal today and say that i can see all the hard work paying off again...when i look in the mirror...i can actually see my belt buckle alittle more then i use to be able to...tummy is slowly but surly dissappearing...i read the other day that your love handles are the last thing that leaves ....another day ...another day of stickin with it...
