How closely followed?? Reasonably well except for the wine !! High anxiety these last few days with hosting/comforting a friend in deep distress. Their Upset is affecting me but I'm working on focusing on me. Put my own oxygen mask on first. The dull overcast weathered low light are not helping either. Keeping busy/occupied and trying to be true to my plan eating well and sleeping more.
