I am still sick and battling an ear infection. On my third round of antibiotics but it just is not clearing up. That makes it difficult to get on the treadmill, I'm totally off balance. Have tried to get some strength training in but I just haven't had the energy. TO make it worse work has been ridiculously busy. I'm there all the time. It will get better next week hopefully.
