So I weighed in this morning before I had anything to eat. I had a turkey sandwich (read: turkey deli meat with sliced Swiss cheese and mustard wrapped in green leaf lettuce to replace the bread.) so I'm sure to be a few ounces heavier now lol It strikes me that I'm now 15 pounds heavy for the UFC heavyweight limit(265). Not that it matters anymore but still nice to think that with not too much trouble I could get to that limit. Another couple months for that hopefully. After that my next goal is the light heavy weight division limit (205). I'm just trying not to be inpatient. Really, when I started this it was just to get my macros under control so as to lower my A1C results. We shall see if it's done anything sometime mid month cuz I need to get blood work done at that time.
