Haven't worked out at the gym for 5 days, and the number shows... it doesn't help that i have been traveling and eating out since Thursday... Sigh... I'm KILLING IT at the gym today!

A good rule of thumb is to not miss more than three-days. However, if you need to because you HULKED out in the gym, you can take those three-days to recover :)

charles, i was away from my gym for those days so i didn't have a choice... i did do my sit ups though :) I will be KILLING IT TODAY though!
