Easter weekend, too many chocolates, wine, beers, food in general, coconut cream pie, i could go on and on. On a good note, I have run 10k twice in the last week, which is double my reqular distance. If I could do that, minus all the naughty foods, I would be golden.
Oh well, back on track today. Not gonna beat myself up about it. :)
