Fasted 20 hours, went to an event and did not maintain my fast, but I ate 6 small cubes of cheese, 10 raspberries and a 1" sq of chocolate brownie...and twelve glasses of water!!! Almost made it. Next... tomorrow I try a 72 hour Fast, I'm curious to see what my brain says I can't live without! Science Experiment !!!
