Still going down - just. Having been ill for a month, and exercise dropping down massively, still managed to lose 1.25 lbs this week. It’s hard though, of all foods, what I miss and want the most is …..NOT chocolate, cake, Danish pastries, beer/alcohol…..what I miss most is a Full English Breakfast!!!
