Weighed myself at the end of the day and prior to workout, so I know it can fluctuate a few lbs per day. But, exciting that it's moving in a downward direction. I need to clean up what I'm eating a bit. All in due time I guess. But as for now I'll keep on working at it.
73,9 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 1,8 kg.    Nog te gaan: 5,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
