Back to walking past 3 days after 2 weeks off. No reason other than lazy 😊 Also extended IF hours, drinking fluids during the day & only eating dinner & a snack, (snack) nuts & one or two squares of 86% chocolate. Just needed to give me a boost. The amazing thing is, the long one fasts, less hungry we are & more energy. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving so hope to stay the course. Happy Thanksgiving to all on FS.
