Super disappointed with myself. Went on what can only be called a vreet spree the past week. Chips. Cookies. Biscuits. 19 cups of coffee in one day. Processed killers like smoked ham. And more. Oh so much more. And not just one of each, no no, I had to do a proper job of stuffing myself like a turkey. WTF man.
My average kcal per day was above 2500! That while my daily goal is 1500. And, not a step of exercise for the whole week either.
The glass is not half full or half empty, it's broken, Chuckie! This week I better get back on the wagon.
