Only when I Log in my food intake for the day do i keep control.... the last two days proved it - I logged after I ate rather than planned my food intake and found i went so over my RDI! taking control again and logging in. OMG the journey is hard and I so admire those who have made it or are nearly there. Keep going ppl!
