This is bad really bad 😕 new month new start been under alot of stress lately and I just don't handle it well aside from not caring what's in the food I'm eating too much calories too much sugar too much sodium too much carbs not surprised by definitely disappointed in myself. Good thing is I still been logging every bite just to go back and see where I went wrong and hopefully stop the bad habits on time before I restart my yo-yo dieting again.
