I had success on the scale this week! Loss 3.4 lbs! I am also really happy with my success in the gym! I workout out 4 days this week and pushed myself everyday! Although I missed this morning, I was totally fine with it because I listened to my body, which was begging for rest after a tiring weekend!
Anyway, it is a new week...new goals. This week I am going to try to drink more water. Last week my body was craving more water! I need to supply it before it starts begging like it did last week! HA!
