I didn’t weigh in last week because I gained more than I would have liked to over the holidays. Oddly enough, today’s weigh in has been me losing the weight I gained. I’ve been down and out the past two weeks and that’s affected my eating habits. Either I eat too much or I eat the bare minimum. This is not a usual thing for me. I’m hoping that soon I’ll be able to get to my weight from two weeks ago. I’m hoping this week will be better and my stress level will go down
