I was 121 on 11/24 , I thought it was water weight at first. It’s not. I went waay waay over my calories for weeks straight. I guess it’s not “just a little chocolate” or “just chips.” The amount of calories in deserts and snacks is INSANE. But my fiancé’s comment on my eating pissed me off thus resulting in me eating more, cause I’ll be damned if any human dares to shame my eating. But he’s right. He only said it because he knows how hard I work to lose 5lbs and how sad I get when I gain it back quickly.

I'm sure he wasn't trying to be mean, but anyone's comment on your body can still hurt. Turn on some amazing music and get your lift on!
