I actually thought I lost 8 lbs but when I got on the scale this morning it read 220. If my weeeknd wasn't so bad, I am sure I'd be five pounds less, but I am not going to complain, 10 lbs is exciting considering my first week was spot on with Herbalife. If I can lose at this rate I will be down to my goal in no time, however I don't want rapid and then stagnet so I plan to monitor my consumption and weight closely. i am SUPER DUPER EXCITED! and I FEEL FABULOUS! It pays off being a distributor!
