It is depressing to see the numbers go up.
I have been trying to manage 1200 calories a day but I am not liking the results. So all I can do is lower the total intake and burn more. This week I am only having salad for lunch with no protein and fish for dinner. I will try to work out for two hours instead of one. Hopefully, I will see a big difference by next weeks weigh in.
90,7 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 3,2 kg.    Nog te gaan: 22,7 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

I have found that if I drink the Ensure protein shakes I have more energy and Im not as hungry you should try them. I like the Chocolate Shake.. Also the protein is what keeps you full, it helps trust me you should at least give it a try. Keeps you from being hungry. Then in the evening get outside more away from the fridge.
