FitOKay's Logboek, 07 mei 14

Down a little. Still having problems lowering my calories while on this hormone pill. Just trying to focus on them staying under maintenance I guess. As long as I'm not gaining it's ok and just have faith the hormones will even out =p Still have that spot hurting on my abdomen this morning. Morning peak flow is 410 but not going to bike to give that a chance to feel better. Which is frustrating because I really just want to hop on the bike, but I don't want to exasperate whatever this is.

Apparently my will power for not exercising is worse then food. Which actually has precedent considering my past o.0 I stopped at 15mins though.

As long as you keep going, you will make it. I took a four day break and don't want to even try the scales, right now. But I am am here with people like you, and know we will make our goals.

It's definitely better to play on the safe side! May that pain go away soon! As long as the weight is not going up, that's always great! :)
