Both demon lines are broken. The next, I believe, is 225, which is a long way off - or at least it seems so right now. I'm getting used to smaller portions when I eat, now; the urge to go back for seconds is still there but easier to beat than before.
I'm going to keep on making sure to put away 3 liters of water every day, that really does seem to go miles towards killing my appetite.
As an aside, I don't know if it's the water or the dropping weight, but my girlfriend pointed out last night that the crows feet around my eyes have diminished significantly, almost to the point of vanishing. I'll keep watching for that because it's interesting.
