It has been two weeks since my last weigh in and I really didn’t want to do it today either because I had no desire to be accountable. I knew I would be up. I just didn’t imagine so much. I have gone to the gym only 4 times in the last two weeks and eaten every Christmas treat presented to me. So this is the result. If I am being honest with all of you and myself I really do not know how this week will go either. All I can do is promise myself…..for today I will go to the gym
