New low 17st 6.25lbs.. I did fast yesterday which would have helped. So strategy today is to eat around 1:30pm, then 5pm.. keep eating window tight, then fast again till Thursday 1:30pm. Lets see if I can break under 110kg to read in the 109. somethings by Thursday morning.
