This weight is just result of hard... eating. Now I have new challenge to accomplish, get rid of this new weight and get back to losing wight.
68,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 2,5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 3,5 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.

take a deep breath, and treat each day as a beginning... don't make up for past days, that has no use, and will only hurt your body and spirit!
