So, I'm finally below 90 kilos, and I intend to stay there! :D
My weekend has been pretty good. I haven't really been eating any bad, but I've eaten alot of good foods (fruit for example, nomnom!). I don't know if it's better to eat alot of fruit than a small piece of a cookie. Anyway, it feels better, and I obviously lost 1 kilo since last week. My fiances best (childhood)friend has been visiting us this weekend. She's really healthy, so we've been eating salads and vegetarian dishes, and walking all day.
Something I've realized is that most of my cals are consumed around lunch or dinner, not breakfast. It should be the other way around, right?
